Specific Responsibilities: This person will be responsible for the analytics, reporting, targeting and alignment of our HBV sales team.
Frequent interactions with Sales Management, Marketing and Sales Operations are critical to the success of the Manager's ability to execute on all core job responsibilities. This person will also have to coordinate with IT and external data vendors to support the reporting and systems requirements.
Essential Duties and Job Functions:
Partner with sales and marketing to define the metrics and reports that will be used to evaluate performance of this team
Coordinate with IT to develop reports and dashboards for the sales and leadership teams
Create Target Lists, and refresh them each quarter based on field intelligence and analytics
Do monthly HBV prescriber sales analyses
Develop methodology for VIR-HBV script classification
Produce a monthly HBV SLT deck
Product weekly and monthly dashboards
Do HBV call-response analysis to determine if recommended call frequency is appropriate and make changes as needed
Manage COBI, by doing weekly and monthly QC, identifying and overseeing report enhancements, updating business rules as needed
Provide data and systems support to the field team
Support marketing on ad hoc analysis to evaluate product opportunities or risks

Requirements |
Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
Strong communication and analytical skills are required.
Typically requires a BA or BS degree and minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
5+ years of relevant experience in sales/marketing analysis, sales operations, or statistical analysis preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
Strong working knowledge of relevant software systems (e.g., MS Excel, Access, MS Word & PowerPoint, etc.) is required.
Must have strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills in order to interact with, focus, resolve conflict and drive consensus among individuals from a variety of cultures, and disciplines.
Ability to work with and coordinate demands from multiple internal customers.
Ability to lead in a matrix team is preferred.
